However, if the flooring piece is enhanced with grid steel mesh or similar materials to a level less than 70 mm below the surface, special drilling equipment will be needed and any extra expenses incurred will be to the purchaser's account.
Unless stated in composing our quotation presumes a reasonable condition of flatness of flooring. Flatness tolerances should be within + 3 mm inside a 3 metre radius. Additional costs incurred in compensating for a defective or irregular floor will be to the buyer's account. 19. We schedule the right to assign or subcontract out the whole or any part of this agreement at our discretion.
Any times estimated for our conclusion or shipment work from the date of receipt by us of a written order to proceed, together with all details and particulars we need to proceed with the manufacture without disturbance or delay. All such times are to be treated as price quotes just and we shall not be liable for failure to dispatch, install, or otherwise carry out within such times unless otherwise concurred in composing.
21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller instantly. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any more Item to the Buyer and may terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
